The home pictured above is from a Whole Home Renovation we completed in Newport Beach neighboring San Juan Capistrano.
The entire house was remodeled from the exterior to the interior. The interior had all re-wiring and re-plumbing. The exterior renovation had many aspects including a new roof, new garage door, new smooth stucco, new siding and new windows.
There are some many detailed pictures to show you. But before we begin, let us introduce you to our customers with a flamboyant video introduction to the project.
Now let’s walk you through the entire Whole Home Renovation. We start with this stunning remodeling project and begin by walking through a giant laminated glass door.

Upon entering the home we have such an open view to so much of this renovation. Before going deeper into the home we point your attention to the cool ornamental light. No detail was left uncovered on this project.

Then we go to the back of the house and look towards the front. This provides a nice perspective of the Concrete Slab which was a multi-step process for concrete coating. It offers a very modern type of look and is a fine art process.

The kitchen remodeling aspect came out flawless. The quartz countertop has a unique waterfall look. Stainless steel appliances fit perfectly. A hood vent is included. And the subway tile backsplash has such a nice contrast to the cabinets. Those cabinets are the only original items from the entire home remodeling project. We repainted them to give a fresh look.

The next picture of the Dining Room exposes the barn wood supporting beam.

And directly from the above dining room we walk into the below Living Room. The fireplace has the same smooth coating.

Just off the dining room is a powder room as shown next. The vessel sink adds a unique look to it.

As part of the Bathroom Remodeling portion of the project, the next picture shows off the Guest Bath with a double sink.

And the following image is from the Master Bathroom Remodel portion of the home renovation. In addition to a classy double sink we have a porcelain tile on the tub and below it is a stack stone that contrasts perfectly with the floor.

These stairs were added to the New Addition we built on top of the house.

Here is the new addition we built on top of the home functioning as an office and extra family room space.

And now we leave to the backyard showing off the new windows, the roof, the la cantina stacking doors and even the power cleaning and sealing of the pavers.
